4th Course: Tagorashi Cheesecake with Miso Caramel, Comfy Cow Peach and Candied Ginger Ice Cream Cones

Admittedly, I missed the togarishi cheesecake from being on a red wine run, but the peach ice cream was heavenly! Drippy, trippy, creamy, dreamy full of peachy goodness with bursts of ginger mellowness that melted down my throat. I just wanted to dive in to a vat of it and take a bath.
